Abstract: PURPOSE: A cryopreservation and regeneration method for Chrysanthemum shoot is provided to preserve Chrysanthemum using vitrification solution and loading solution. CONSTITUTION: A cryopreservation for cryopreservation shoot comprises: a step of extracting laterial bud of in vitro cultured cryopreservation; a step of pre-culturing in 0.3M-0.5M-0.7M of sucrose medium; a step of culturing in a loading solution(17.5% of glycerol and 17.5% of sucrose) for 40-50 minutes; a step of shaking and dehydrating the Chrysanthemum; and a step of rapidly-freezing in the liquid nitrogen.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供菊花芽的冷冻保存和再生方法，用玻璃化溶液和加载溶液保存菊花。 构成：冷冻保存芽的冷冻保存包括：提取体外培养的低温保存的材料芽的步骤; 在0.3M-0.5M-0.7M蔗糖培养基中预培养的步骤; 在负载溶液（17.5％甘油和17.5％蔗糖）中培养40-50分钟的步骤; 菊花摇摆脱水的一步; 以及在液氮中快速冷冻的步骤。
