PURPOSE: A cultivation method of arachis hypogaea sprouts containing the massive amount of resveratrol is provided to cultivate arachis hypogaea seeds at 26~30deg C in the dark condition for reducing the cultivation period. CONSTITUTION: A cultivation method of arachis hypogaea sprouts containing the massive amount of resveratrol comprises the following steps: cultivating arachis hypogaea seeds at 26~30deg C in the dark condition; and automatically supplying 6~10ml of water to the seeds for 1~3minutes every hour. The cultivation period for the arachis hypogaea seeds is 4~6days.

The extract is crude extract of Perilla frutescens var. frutescens. The extract is polyphenol compounds. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing Vigna sp. extract having an effect of suppressing alpha-glucosidase comprises: a step of pulverizing seed of Vigna; a step of adding 1-6 low alcohol or solution thereof and stirring at 20-30 °C to extract; a step of centrifuging extraction liquid to collect supernatant; and a step of performing decompression or freeze drying to obtain light brown and dark brown.

PURPOSE: A molecular marker for determining Arachis hypogaea L. of high oleic acid is provided to accurately determine the species of the Arachis hypogaea L. CONSTITUTION: A molecular marker for determining Arachis hypogaea L. of high oleic acid contains a primer pair of sequence numbers 3 and 4 or a primer pair of sequence numbers 5 and 6. The Arachis hypogaea L. is F435. A method for determining Arachis hypogaea L. of high oleic acid comprises: a step of isolating DNA from a sample of Arachis hypogaea L.; a step of amplifying the DNA using the molecular marker as a primer; and a step of analyzing the amplified product by electrophoresis. A kit for determining Arachis hypogaea L. of high oleic acid contains the molecular marker.

A method for preparing the extract comprises: a step of extracting Vigna nakashimae with low carbon number alcohol of C1-C4, water, or a mixture solvent thereof; a step of fractioning the extract with ethanol, chloroform, methanol, or water; and a step of performing the fraction by column chromatography.
