본 발명은 프로모터 및 전장(full length) SYMMV 핵산 서열을 포함하고, 상기 전장 SYMMV 서열 중 외피 단백질 코딩 유전자 내에 외래 유전자를 삽입할 수 있는 제한효소 부위를 포함하는 SYMMV 유래의 재조합 VIGS (Virus-induced gene silencing) 벡터, 상기 재조합 VIGS 벡터에 PDS(phytoene desaturase) 유전자가 삽입된 재조합 VIGS 벡터, 상기 재조합 VIGS 벡터를 이용하여 외래 유전자의 기능을 분석하는 방법, 상기 재조합 VIGS 벡터를 이용하여 목적 유전자가 침묵된 식물체의 제조 방법, 상기 방법에 의해 제조된 목적 유전자가 침묵된 식물체 및 이의 종자, 및 상기 재조합 VIGS 벡터를 증폭하기 위한 프라이머 조합에 관한 것이다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: Molecular markers and a detecting method using the same are provided to identify sequences of three subunits of bean beta-conglycinin by using a molecular marker, and to easily detect existence of three subunits of beta-conglycinin by directly extracting DNA from plant without conducting SDS-PAGE. CONSTITUTION: Primer pairs for selecting bean cultivar which detects a subunit of bean beta-conglycinin is selected from a group consisting of; a primer pair represented by sequence number 1 and 2; a primer pair represented by sequence number 3 and 4; a primer pair represented by sequence number 5 and 6; a primer pair represented by sequence number 7 and 8; a primer pair represented by sequence number 9 and 10; a primer pair represented by sequence number 11 and 12; and a primer pair represented by sequence number 13 and 14. A method of selecting bean cultivar which detects a subunit of bean beta-conglycinin comprises; (i) a step which separates DNA from a bean sample; (ii) a step which amplifies a target sequence by performing an amplification reaction with at least one primer pairs among the primer pairs and the separated DNA as a template; and (iii) a step which detects the amplified products.

PURPOSE: A Vigna sp. extract having activity of suppressing alpha-glucosidase is provided to ensure blood glucose reductin, anti-obesity, and anti-oxidation. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing Vigna sp. extract having an effect of suppressing alpha-glucosidase comprises: a step of pulverizing seed of Vigna; a step of adding 1-6 low alcohol or solution thereof and stirring at 20-30 °C to extract; a step of centrifuging extraction liquid to collect supernatant; and a step of performing decompression or freeze drying to obtain light brown and dark brown.

본발명은프라이머쌍을이용하여참깨의 DNA 다형성을효과적으로검출하여참깨의 DNA 프로파일을작성하는데매우유용하게이용될수 있다. 본발명의참깨 DNA 판별방법을이용하면, 참깨의유전자원을효율적으로평가함으로써신규유전자원도입시기존보유자원과의중복성분석및 신규성확립을효과적으로수행할수 있으며, 참깨의품종을판별할수 있다. 또한고유품종에관련하여종자의혼입및 곤충에의한타식유무를판별할수 있다. 참깨의 DNA 프로파일을작성하여국내참깨유통시장의건정성을확보하고, 품종보증으로소비자만족도를증대시키는데기여할수 있고, FTA 등의시장개방에대비하여육종자및 재배자의권익을보호할수 있다.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a bean composition containing conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) and a method for producing the same. More specifically, the bean composition is produced in which linoleic acid is converted into CLA by adding microorganisms in a bean pulverized material so that the utilization of beans is maximized. Accordingly, the domestic production rate of beans is increased. CLA components are contained in biological activity functions of microorganisms which are beneficial for the human body so as to enhance efficiency in weight loss, cholesterol decrease, hyperlipidemia alleviation, and atherosclerosis alleviation. Accordingly, the bean composition can be utilized as functional food and a medical product.
