Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for enhancing soft rot resistance in a plant is provided to reduce agrochemical usage and to improve productivity of the plants. CONSTITUTION: A method for enhancing soft rot resistance in a plant comprises a step of increasing intracellular level of RTP1(resistance to pectobacterium 1) protein having amino acids of sequence number 2 by overexpressing a gene encoding RTP1 protein. The gene has a base of sequence number 1. The gene is overexpressed by transforming a plant cell with a recombinant expression vector. The expression vector contains the gene encoding RTP1 protein or RTP1 gene.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供一种提高植物耐软腐性的方法，以减少农药的使用和提高植物的生产力。 构成：提高植物的软腐病抗性的方法包括通过过表达编码RTP1蛋白的基因增加具有序列号2的氨基酸的RTP1（具有抗原性细菌1）的蛋白质的细胞内水平的步骤。 该基因具有序列号1的碱基。该基因通过用重组表达载体转化植物细胞而过表达。 表达载体含有编码RTP1蛋白或RTP1基因的基因。
