PURPOSE: A method for enhancing soft rot resistance in a plant is provided to reduce agrochemical usage and to improve productivity of the plants. CONSTITUTION: A method for enhancing soft rot resistance in a plant comprises a step of increasing intracellular level of RTP1(resistance to pectobacterium 1) protein having amino acids of sequence number 2 by overexpressing a gene encoding RTP1 protein. The gene has a base of sequence number 1. The gene is overexpressed by transforming a plant cell with a recombinant expression vector. The expression vector contains the gene encoding RTP1 protein or RTP1 gene.

PURPOSE: A method for enhancing plant disease resistance using OsWRKY30 gene is provided to regulate expression of gene group and to use for developing disease resistant crop. CONSTITUTION: A method for enhancing plant disease resistance comprises: a step of preparing a recombinant vector pB2GW7-OsWRKY30 containing a OsWRKY30 gene of sequence number 1; and a step of introducing the recombinant vector pB2GW7-OsWRKY30 to plant cells to obtain the transformant. The OsWRKY30 gene is isolated from Osyza sativa by RT-PCR. The recombinant vector pB2GW7-OsWRKY30 contains the OsWRKY30 gene of sequence number 1.

본 발명은 식물병 저항성을 증진시키는 방법으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 서열번호 1의 염기서열을 갖는 OsHRL(Oryza sativa HR-like lesion-inducing gene) 유전자를 포함하는 형질전환용 벡터로 식물 세포를 형질전환하여 OsHRL 유전자를 과발현시키는 단계를 포함하는 식물병 저항성을 증진시키는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 병 저항성 작물개발을 위한 분자육종소재로 이용가능하며 타 작물에도 이용가능할 것으로 기대된다. 또한, 병 저항성 품종육성으로 농약사용절감과 생산성 향상 및 안전한 농산물 공급이 가능하다는 이점이 있다.
