PURPOSE: Provided is new sphingolipid, (4E, 6E, 2S, 3R)-2-N-Docosanoyl-4,6-tetradecasphingadienine which is isolated and purified from Beauveria bassiana 101A and has prevention and treatment effects on degenerative brain diseases. CONSTITUTION: New sphingolipid, (4E, 6E, 2S, 3R)-2-N-Docosanoyl-4,6-tetradecasphingadienine is isolated and purified from Beauveria bassiana 101A and has prevention and treatment effects on degenerative brain diseases. It is characteristically represented by the formula(1). A pharmaceutical preparation for prevention and treatment of brain diseases characteristically contains (4E, 6E, 2S, 3R)-2-N-Docosanoyl-4,6-tetradecasphingadienine as an active ingredient.

본 발명은 신경세포 성장 및 분화와 관련된 퇴행성 뇌질환을 치료 및 예방하기 위하여 백강잠 101A( Beauveria bassiana 101A)의 추출물로부터 분리, 정제한 뇌신경활성 물질인 (4E, 6E, 2S, 3R)-2-N-도코사노일-4,6-테트라데카스핀가디에닌이 퇴행성 뇌질환의 예방 및 치료제로 개발될 수 있도록 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 발명에서는 백강잠 101A의 추출물과 이의 활성성분에 대하여 퇴행성 뇌질환에 중요하게 관여하는 신경세포 축색돌기 성장촉진 및 신경영양인자 단백질 증강효과를 PC 12 세포를 이용하여 검색한 결과 증강 및 신경세포 성장 촉진에 탁월한 작용을 가지면서 세포독성은 없는 백강잠 101A로부터 분리한 신규화합물인 (4E, 6E, 2S, 3R)-2-N-도코사노일-4,6-테트라데카스핀가디에닌을 제공함으로써 알쯔하이머, 파킨슨 및 중풍과 같은 퇴행성 뇌질환에 의하여 유발되는 신경세포 위축 및 손상을 경감시켰으며, 아울러 국민건강 증진과 양잠농가의 새로운 소득원으로의 역할이 기대된다.

PURPOSE: A producing method of silk gland powder of matured silkworms is provided to easily obtain the silk gland powder by collecting silkworms right before a pupae stage. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of silk gland powder of matured silkworms comprises the following steps: breeding silkworms until the fifth instar, to obtain the matured silkworms; rapidly freezing the matured silkworms with liquid nitrogen, and storing; freeze-drying the matured silkworms; separating silk glands from the freeze-dried silkworms; and crushing the obtained silk glands.

A process for preparation of the natural silk including silver nano-particle is provided to obtain silk fabric having antibiotic and disinfectant properties by breeding silkworm with silver nano-particle included feed, and to apply to various health goods. A silver nano-particle powder is sprayed on the mulberry leaves. A natural silk is obtained by breeding silkworm with mulberry leaves including the silver nano-particle. A silver nano-particle included spray is manufactured in first process. The feed of the silkworm is produced using the silver nano-particle spray in second process. The silkworm is bred with mixture of the silver nano-particle solution and the feed of the silkworm. The barrel type stirrer having sufficient depth according to the spray particle, and stirring three dimensionally is used in the evaporation process of the nano-particle. Magnetron sputter, ion beam sputter, resistance heating using DC(Direct Current)/RF(Radio Frequency) power, PVD(Physical Vapor Deposition) or CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition) is used in the vacuum evaporation method.

PURPOSE: Provided is a beauveria bassiana 101A extract containing an active compound which has excellent activity in nerve cell outgrowth without cytotoxicity. The extract and active compound separated therefrom can reduce atrophy and damages caused by degenerative cerebral diseases including Parkinson's disease and stroke. CONSTITUTION: The active compound from beauveria bassiana extract is represented by formula 1, wherein R is C17 or C19 of alkyl group. The pharmaceutical composition using the active compound from beauveria bassiana extract for treatment or prophylaxis of cerebral diseases comprises one or more selected from a group consisting of 1,7-dimethyl-xanthine, uracil, urea, betain, and tyrosine, as an active compound.

PURPOSE: Provided is a preparation method of a medium for Entomopathogenic fungi effectively and economically by using silkworm powder used as a hypoglycemic agent. The medium increases the growth rate of Entomopathogenic fungi. CONSTITUTION: The medium for Entomopathogenic fungi is characterized by dissolving 24g of silkworm powder in 1L of distilled water; sterilizing it at 121 deg.C for 15 minutes; filtering the sterilized solution with gauze and a sieve sequentially; adding 15g of agar the pure solution; sterilizing it; and pipetting 21mL of the solution into each petridish the solidifying them.
