    Abstract: PURPOSE: A transgenic mouse which expresses luciferase and a method for producing the same are provided to effectively detect allergen existing in an environment. CONSTITUTION: A method for screening allergen comprises: a step of treating allergen to a transgenic mouse which is produced from transgenic mouse fertilized egg(deposit number KCTC 11575BP) for detecting allergen; and a step of measuring the amount of luciferase expressed in the transgenic mouse. A method for manufacturing mouse pIL-4/Luc/CNS-1 expression cassette expressing luciferase comprises: a step of amplifying IL-4 promoter base sequence of sequence number 1 by PCR; and a step of constructing pIL-4/Luc/CNS-1 vector by binding pTransLucent vector and amplified IL-4 promoter by restriction enzymes, NheI and BglII.

    Abstract: A system for managing reagents with RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) is provided to perform general reagent management such as information, usage, stock, and expiration management, and manage storage location and safety of each reagent in the lab by using the RFID. A storage ID tag(100) is attached to a reagent storage(1) of a lab, and stores an ID code for identifying the reagent storage and a list of the reagents stored in the reagent storage. A reagent ID tag(200) is attached to a lid of a reagent bottle(5) stored in the reagent storage, and stores the ID code of the reagent storage for storing the reagent and information related to the reagent. A portable terminal(300) receives/outputs the ID code of the reagent storage, the reagent list, and the reagent information stored in the reagent storage ID tag and the reagent ID tag by including an RFID reader. A reagent management server(400) receives/stores information recognized by the portable terminal through the network, manages usage/storage of each reagent, issues a warning for an incorrect storage location by checking the storage location of each reagent bottle, issues the warning for emergency, and provides emergency management information.
