Abstract: PURPOSE: A transgenic mouse which expresses luciferase and a method for producing the same are provided to effectively detect allergen existing in an environment. CONSTITUTION: A method for screening allergen comprises: a step of treating allergen to a transgenic mouse which is produced from transgenic mouse fertilized egg(deposit number KCTC 11575BP) for detecting allergen; and a step of measuring the amount of luciferase expressed in the transgenic mouse. A method for manufacturing mouse pIL-4/Luc/CNS-1 expression cassette expressing luciferase comprises: a step of amplifying IL-4 promoter base sequence of sequence number 1 by PCR; and a step of constructing pIL-4/Luc/CNS-1 vector by binding pTransLucent vector and amplified IL-4 promoter by restriction enzymes, NheI and BglII.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供表达荧光素酶的转基因小鼠及其生产方法，以有效地检测环境中存在的过敏原。 构成：筛选过敏原的方法包括：对转基因小鼠进行变应原的步骤，该转基因小鼠由转基因小鼠受精卵（保藏号KCTC 11575BP）产生，用于检测变应原; 以及测量转基因小鼠中表达的荧光素酶的量的步骤。 用于制造表达荧光素酶的小鼠pIL-4 / Luc / CNS-1表达盒的方法包括：通过PCR扩增序列号1的IL-4启动子碱基序列的步骤; 以及通过用限制酶NheI和BglII结合pTransLucent载体和扩增的IL-4启动子来构建pIL-4 / Luc / CNS-1载体的步骤。
