Abstract:
본 발명은 벼에서 유래된 고친화성 인산운반체 유전자( OsPT 8)에 관한 것으로, 더욱 자세하게는 벼에서 유래된 고친화성 인산운반체(OsPT8), 이를 코딩하는 유전자 및 상기 유전자로 형질전환된 인산결핍 스트레스 저항성 식물체에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 인산 결핍 스트레스를 보다 효율적으로 극복하는 새로운 식물체의 개발이 가능하여, 식물 자체의 양분흡수 및 수송능력을 향상시킴으로서 화학비료의 다량 사용으로 인한 토양과 수자원의 오염을 감소시켜서 생태계의 복원과 쾌적한 친환경적 농업의 발전과 나아가 작물의 생산량과 생산의 질을 높이는데 기여할 수 있다. 벼(Oryza sativa L.), 고친화성 인산운반체 유전자, 무기인산
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A medium for inducing Echeveria callus, and a method for culturing a tissue are provided to quickly produce a plant, and to preserve and proliferate Echeveria plant resources. CONSTITUTION: A medium composition for inducing Echeveria callus contains 4mg/L of benzyladenine(BA) and 1mg/L of naphthalene acetic acid(NAA). Echeveria includes Echeveria Subrigida or Echeveria cante. A method for culturing an Echeveria tissue comprises: a step of placing an explant induced from Echeveria in the medium composition for inducing callus containing BA and NAA, and inducing the callus; and a step of culturing the callus in a medium and re-differentiating.

PURPOSE: A rice plant-derived phosphatase OsPAP1(Oryza sativa purple acid phosphatase 1) is provided to enhance efficiency of phosphoric acid of a plant. CONSTITUTION: A rice plant-derived phosphatase OsPAP1(Oryza sativa purple acid phosphatase 1) comprises an amino acid of sequence number 2. A gene encoding the OsPAP1 protein comprises a sequence of sequence number 1. A phosphatase gene OsPAP1 encodes total 1195bp base sequences and 355 amino acids. A recombinant vector contains a gene encoding the OsPAP1 protein. A transgenic plant transformed by the recombinant vector is obtained under the phosphoric acid deficiency condition. The plant is vegetable, fruits, flowers, and feeds.
Abstract:
A transgenic plant prepared by using a novel gene encoding phosphatase derived from Oryza sp. is provided to increase the utilization efficiency of phosphoric acid by having the phosphoric acid-deficient stress resistance, thereby being useful for improving the productivity of crops. A gene coding phosphatase isolated from Oryza sp.(OsACP1) is described as an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID : NO. 1. An Arabidopsis thaliana is transformed by the gene or a recombinant vector including the gene. A method for preparing a phosphatase OsACP1 comprises the steps of: (a) culturing a microorganism transformed by the recombinant vector; and (b) recovering the phosphatase OsACP1 microorganism.

본 발명은 야생벼( Oryza grandiglumis )로부터 분리한 식물병 저항성 유전자 OgPR1, 그 아미노산 서열 및 이를 이용한 형질전환체 식물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 상처 및 효모 추출물 스트레스 처리에 의해 야생벼로부터 분리한 것으로서, 자스몬산(jasmonic acid), 칸다리딘(cantharidin), 엔도살(endothall) 등의 호르몬 처리에 의해 그 발현이 증가하며, 토마토 풋마름병을 유발하는 슈도모나스 시린지( Pseudomonas syringe ) 및 잿빛무늬곰팡이병을 유발하는 보트리티스 시네라( Botrytis cinera ) 등의 진균성 병원균에 대해 저항성을 나타내는 신규한 식물병 저항성 유전자 OgPR1, 그 아미노산 서열 및 이를 이용한 형질전환체 식물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 상기 유전자를 제공함으로써, 외부 환경 스트레스 및 식물 병원균, 특히 슈도모나스 시린지( Pseudomonas syringe ) 및 보트리티스 시네라( Botrytis cinera )에 대한 식물병 저항성 작물을 새로이 개발, 육종할 수 있게 하므로 농산업 및 식물육종산업상 매우 유용한 발명이다. 야생벼(Oryza grandiglumis), 식물병 저항성 유전자 OgPR1, 슈도모나스 시린지, 보트리티스 시네라

The present invention relates to: recombinant glycosyltransferase UGT72E3/2 protein formed of an amino acid sequence in the sequence number 2; a gene encoding the protein; a recombinant vector including the gene; and a method of increasing the syringin synthesis in a plant compare to a wild plant by transforming plant cells using the recombinant vector. Through the present invention, a user can effectively mass-produce syringin which is confirmed to have an excellent effect on treating diabetes and depression, the most concerned problems of health of modern city people and is expanding the applicability in a plant body, thereby allowing the development of agrobiological material industry with high value.

CONSTITUTION: An OsPT2 gene comprises a nucleotide sequence encoding a polypeptide having an amino acid sequence of sequence number 2. The gene isolated from rice plant. The gene is expressed under phosphate depletion. A method for manufacturing a plant transformed by OsPT2 gene comprises: a step of constructing a recombinant vector having OsPT2 gene; a step of transforming the plant with a recombinant vector; and a step of redifferentiating the transformed plant.

PURPOSE: A rice plant transformant with enhanced absorption of phosphoric acid is provided to remove phosphate which excessively exists in a river and prevent eutrophication of soil or river. CONSTITUTION: A rice plant transformant with enhanced absorption of phosphoric acid overexpresses OsPT1 which is a phosphoric acid carrier gene of rice plant of the sequence number 1. The OsPT1 always expresses in all tissues of rice plant regardless of variation of phosphoric acid concentration.
