Abstract: 본발명은비쑥(Waldst.) 추출물을유효성분으로하고, 약학적또는식품학적으로허용가능한성분을포함하는혈압상승억제조성물을제공한다. 상기조성물은체내혈압상승유발경로즉 ACE 활성을저해하고 NO 생성량을증가시켜혈압을낮추는데관여하는혈관외피성장인자(VEGF)의발현을촉진하고미오신인산화효소를저해하여혈관긴장도(vascular tone)를높여혈압을상승시키는데관여하는 RhoA 발현을억제하고체내산화스트레스를줄여줌으로써혈압상승을예방할수 있다.
Abstract translation: 本发明涉及一种血压抑制组合物,其包含作为活性成分的红茎蒿(Artemisia scoparia)提取物和其他膳食或药学上可接受的成分。 该组合物通过抑制作为升高内部血压并增加NO产生的途径的ACE的活化而促进能够降低血压的VEGF的表达。 该组合物还可以通过降低身体的氧化应激来抑制血压升高,并通过抑制肌球蛋白磷酸酶和增加血管紧张度来抑制能够升高血压的RhoA的表达。

Abstract: The present invention provides a manufacturing method of edible bay salt, which comprises a step of preparing brine containing 20-33% of salt by evaporating seawater in an evaporation pond at least twice with a time interval; and a step of crystallizing the brine in a crystallizing pond for 8-120 hours. Also, the present invention provides bay salt beneficial to human health by including an abundant yet appropriate amount of minerals.
