Abstract: PURPOSE: Pixels and an organic light emitting diode device using the same are provided to display image with the uniform illuminance regardless of the load to a pixel part by controlling the increase of a gate electrode voltage in a driving transistor. CONSTITUTION: The cathode electrode of an organic light emitting diode is connected with a second power source. A second transistor(M2) is connected with a data line and an i-th scanning line. A first transistor(M1) controls the amount of a current supplied to the organic light emitting diode. A third transistor(M3) is connected between the gate electrode of the first transistor and an initialization power source. A fifth transistor(M5) is connected between the first electrode of the first transistor and first power source. A first capacitor(C1) is connected between the gate electrode of the first transistor and the first power source. A second capacitor(C2) is connected between the gate electrode of the first transistor and the first electrode.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A pixel and an organic light emitting display device having the same are provide to secure a sufficient space for a storage capacitor by extending a semiconductor forming one electrode of the storage capacitor to a region with which a data line is overlapped. CONSTITUTION: An organic light-emitting diode is connected to first power source and second between powers. A first transistor is connected between the first power source and the organic light-emitting diode. A second transistor is connected between a first node and a data line. A storage capacitor(Cst) includes a semiconductor layer(110a), a first conductive layer(130a), and a second conductor layer(150a) which are laminated sequentially on the substrate(100). The semiconductor layer and the second conductive layer are connected with each other through a contact hole penetrating first and second insulating layers(120,140).
