Abstract: PURPOSE: A display device is provided to optionally control lighting emission time by only using PMOS transistor in a light driver instead of using NMOS and PMOS transistors. CONSTITUTION: A display unit(100) is comprised of a plurality of scanning lines, a plurality of data lines, a plurality of lighting signal lines, and a plurality of pixels. A light emitting unit driver(400) controls the pulse length of a plurality of light signals. The light emitting unit driver guides the light signals to the lighting signal lines. The light emitting unit driver receives a synchronizing signal, a light emitting clock signal, a second light emitting clock signal, a clock signal, and an inverted clock signal. The light emitting unit driver generates a plurality of first inversed light emitting signals. The light emitting unit driver generates a plurality of second inversed light emitting signals.

Abstract: An organic light emitting display device comprising: a data driver supplying data signals to data output lines; a scan driver supplying scan signals sequentially to scan output lines; a light emitting control line driver supplying light emitting control signals to light emitting control output lines; and a pixel unit including a plurality of pixels connected to the output lines of each driver, at least one driver having a buffer circuit disposed at each output line. Abstract: PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescent display device is provided to secure a stable output of a driving part by minimizing a parasitic capacitance which is generated in a buffer circuit of the driving part. CONSTITUTION: A data driving part(20) supplies a data signal to a data line. A scan driving part(10) supplies a scanning signal to a scan line. A light emitting control line driving part(30) supplies a lighting control signal to a light emitting control line. A ESD(Electrostatic Discharge) shielding metal layer is formed in the upper side of each driving part. A pixel part(40) comprises a plurality of pixels. A plurality of pixels(50) are connected to a data line, a scan line, and a light emitting control line. Each pixel has an organic light-emitting device. The organic light-emitting device includes an anode electrode, an organic light-emitting layer, and a cathode electrode.
