Abstract: A printed circuit board and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to resolve the problem such as the impedance change of current and security of interlayer insulation distance. A method for manufacturing a printed circuit board includes the step of laminating a circuit pattern layer(22) and an insulating layer(21) by turns; the step of forming a multilayer board(20) which is laminated with the insulating layer; the step of removing the insulating layer on the multilayer board; the step of removing the insulating layer remained.
