CONSTITUTION: A film for a backlight unit (10) includes a nanocrystal-polymer composite film (12) including a semiconductor nanocrystal(13,15) and a matrix polymer (19) in which the semiconductor nanocrystal is dispersed. The matrix polymer is polymerized of a multifunctional photo-curable oligomer, a monofunctional photocurable monomer, and a polyfunctional photo-curable crosslinking agent. CONSTITUTION: A light conversion layer [light converting layer] (130) is separated from the LED (Light Emitting Diode) light source (110).
