PURPOSE: A signal processing unit, a display device, and a display system including the same are provided to enable various controllers to perform each operation or transmit a necessary command to other controller. CONSTITUTION: A main central processing unit (CPU) (110) controls the operation of a signal processing unit. A microcomputer (210) is disposed in a display device to control the operation of the display device. A bridge microcomputer (120) performs a bridge function between the microcomputer and the main CPU. A register unit (130) stores information about a command instructing a task which is processible in the bridge microcomputer. If the command is confirmed in the register unit, the bridge microcomputer performs a task corresponding to the command. An AGC(Automatic Gain Control) device for a broadcasting receiver and a method therefor are provided to adaptively adjust a gain characteristic of an AGC circuit according to a modulation type of a received broadcasting signal. A modulation type discriminating unit(107) discriminates a modulation type of a received broadcasting signal. A TOP(Take Over Point) adjusting unit(108) varies a TOP, which is a threshold point where the starts of gain changes between an RF(Radio Frequency) automatic gain controller(102) and an IF(Intermediate Frequency) automatic gain controller(106) are crossed, according to the modulation type discriminated in the modulation type discriminating unit(107).

An RF receiver capable of canceling interference signal and a canceling method of the interference signal by using a plurality of signal process paths are provided to improve the performance by canceling undesired signal existed in the other channel which the frequency is not overlapped with desired signal. An RF(Radio Frequency) receiver comprises a first signal processing unit(100) and a second signal processing unit(200). The first signal processing unit detects undesired signal from the radio frequency signal received through a channel. The first signal processing unit converts phase. The second signal processing unit detects the desired signal by adding the signal outputted from the first signal processing unit to the received radio frequency signal. The second signal processing unit comprises a delay unit(230) and adder(240). An adder adds the signal outputted in the delay unit and the signal outputted in the first signal processing unit.

PURPOSE: A display apparatus and a multi-view providing method using the same provide different contents for multiple users at the same time and provide contents which are offered to other users. PURPOSE: A gas injection apparatus with a gas injection nozzle is provided to prevent particles from being generated by a break of the nozzle and form a layer of a uniform thickness by forming gas spraying holes in mutually corresponding positions of the nozzle. CONSTITUTION: A flange transfers and fixes a boat filled with wafers to the gas injecting apparatus. A gas nozzle(136) has the gas spraying holes(138) that are formed in the mutually corresponding positions, installed in the flange. The gas spraying holes are formed in the whole nozzle at regular intervals so that gas can be uniformly sprayed on the entire boat.

PURPOSE: An apparatus for forming a film for semiconductor fabrication is provided, which minimizes the breakdown of a gas providing part comprising a short line and a flexible line by an internal or external environment. CONSTITUTION: A diffusion apparatus heats a substrate and at the same time forms films where impurities are diffused onto the substrate by a reaction caused by providing a gas. The diffusion apparatus comprises a reaction chamber and a gas providing part(32) providing a gas to the reaction chamber. The gas providing part has a constitution connected by a flange installed on one side of the reaction chamber. A short line(321) and a flexible line(323) are in a body in the gas providing part. The short line is inserted into the flange. The flexible line is connected to the short line. Therefore, films where impurities are diffused onto the substrate are formed by providing a gas to the reaction chamber using the gas providing part.

CONSTITUTION: A deinterleaver includes a cell grouping part(451), a time deinterleaver(452), a cell division part, and a cell deinterleaver(454). The cell grouping part classifies frequency deinterleaved cells into multiple of N, and groups multiple groups. The time deinterleaver outputs input groups in the column direction into the row direction. The cell division part divides the output groups in the row direction. The cell deinterleaver performs cell deinterleaving about the divided cells by the cell division part. The cell deinterleaver rearranges cells by jumping input cells with predetermined spacing.
