크로스 토크(Crosstalk) 성분 및 위색신호를 효과적으로 제거할 수 있는 이미지 센서 및 이미지 센서의 신호 처리 방법이 개시된다. 상기 이미지 센서의 일실시예에 따르면, 픽셀 어레이 및 상기 픽셀 어레이로부터 제공되는 이미지 신호를 입력받아 소정의 연산 동작을 수행하는 컬러 보정부를 구비하며, 상기 픽셀 어레이는, 각각 복수의 픽셀을 포함하고 서로 인접한 제1 및 제2 픽셀열을 구비하며, 상기 복수의 픽셀은 동일한 제1 컬러 성분을 포함하고, 상기 제1 픽셀열의 각 픽셀은 동일한 제1 컬러를 갖고, 상기 제2 픽셀열은 서로 다른 제2 및 제3 컬러를 갖는 픽셀을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

An image sensor is provided to improve sensitivity by increasing the transmittance of the incident light through a complementary color filter and a white filter. An image sensor includes a plurality of light sensing devices and a filter array(20). The filter array includes a plurality of filters. Each filter is stacked on the corresponding light sensing device among the plurality of light sensing devices. A plurality of filters include a first white filter(W1F), a second white filter(W2F), a magenta filter(MF), and a blue filter(BF). A first white filter and a second white filter transmit the incident light. The magenta filter transmits the magenta component of the incident light. The blue filter transmits the blue component of the incident light. The white filter and one of the magenta filter and the blue filter are positioned in the same row.

PURPOSE: An image interpolating method and recording medium recording the same are provided to generate an image of high quality even though input data includes noise. CONSTITUTION: A target pixel signal is selected from a pixel block between the outputted pixel signals(S100). The target pixel signal is converted into a pixel signal which is converted into a bayer pattern. A pattern of a pixel signal is converted into bayer pattern. Output signals are interpolated into the bayer pattern(S200).

CONSTITUTION: A first layer comprises a first type color filter, a second type color filter, a first type color filter, and a third type color filter. The second layer comprises a second type color filter, a fourth type color filter, a third type color filter, and a fourth type color filter. A third layer comprises a first type color filter, a third type color filter, a first type color filter, and a second type color filter. A plurality of filters include a first white filter(W1F), a yellow filter(YeF), and a cyan filter(CyF). The first white filter transmits the incident light. The yellow filter transmits the yellow component of the incident light. The cyan filter transmits the cyan component of the incident light. A solid imaging apparatus, a pixel array method of a solid imaging apparatus and a signal processing method of a solid imaging apparatus are provided to improve the problem of crosstalk and the deterioration of sensibility. A pixel array(110) senses a yellow color, a green color and a cyan color with sensing. The array of pixel comprises a plurality of pixel rows arranged as the vertical direction of the array. In the first pixel row among the pixel row, the pixel sensing the same first collar is arranged. The pixel sensing the second color and the pixel sensing the third color is arranged in the second pixel row among the pixel row. The first pixel row and the second pixel row are arranged to be adjacent to the horizontal direction of the array. A color correction unit(130) removes cross-talk about the signal outputted from the interpolator(120).
