A manufacturing method of the positive electrode comprises a step of forming a positive electrode active material on a current collector, and a step of fluorinating the surface of the positive electrode active material layer.

The coating layer includes one or more selected from the group consisting of molybdenum oxynitride and molybdenum nitride. The core is completely coated by the coating layer. The average thickness of the coating layer is 10-40 nm. A method for manufacturing the negative electrode active material comprises a step of contacting the molybdenum-based material with nitrogen precursor gas.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing semiconductor device is provided to completely remove an oxide film formed on a trench in a post process by forming the oxide film on the bottom of the trench thicker than that of the oxide film on the side of the trench.
