PURPOSE: A double pattern forming adhesive film, a manufacturing method thereof, and a forming method of a pattern adhesion layer using the same are provided to satisfy the pattern formation and the adhesiveness by comprising a double structure of adhesive layers. CONSTITUTION: The adhesive film for the bilayer pattern formation comprises the first adhesive layer(130) and the second adhesive layer(120). The first adhesive layer comprises the light hardening part including the UV curing element. The second adhesive layer comprises the second thermosetting part and a developer. The second thermosetting part comprises the thermosetting component. The developer comprises alkali or the organic solvent development component.

PURPOSE: A photo-sensitive polyimide, and an adhesive composition and an adhesive film including the same are provided to obtain the superior thermal stability by including aromatic polyimide backbone and a (meta)acryloyl group. CONSTITUTION: A photo-sensitive polyimide includes an aromatic polyimide backbone and a (meta)acryloyl group. The (meta)acryloyl group is grafted with the backbone. The backbone includes a repeating unit which is represented by one of chemical formula 1a, chemical formula 1a', or chemical formula 1a''. In the chemical formulas, Ar1 is a tetravalent organic group. Y is selected from O, NH, and S. The backbone is additionally includes a repeating unit which is obtained by reacting tetracarboxylic anhydride and diamine. The tetracarboxylic anhydride is represented by chemical formula 2. The diamine is selected from non-substituted aromatic diamine, aliphatic ether diamine, and diaminosiloxane.

PURPOSE: A damper is provided to adjust the intensity of received light at real time selectively and gradually. CONSTITUTION: A filter(250) has a disk shape having the same diameter as the bore of a shielding cable. The filter is embedded between one end of an optical fiber and a second end of the shielding cable to be rotatable for selectively reducing the intensity of light. A handle(255) is arranged in the outer surface of the shielding cable. The handle rotates the filter by connecting with the filter. Thereby, the intensity of light is adjusted at real time during a measurement.
