    Abstract: An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) and an assembly method thereof are provided to install a combining reinforcing member to a top chassis, thereby preventing the deformation of the top chassis from generating when assembling the top chassis and a mold frame. A display panel displays an image. A back light unit generates the light beam. A mold frame(210) receives the display panel. A bottom chassis fixes the back light unit and the mold frame. A top chassis(115) is combined with the bottom chassis and fixes the mold frame, back light unit and the display panel. A reinforcing member combines the top chassis with the mold frame and is located to the mold frame and top chassis overlapped with a lamp unit. The reinforcing member includes a combining member(110) located at the upper portion of the top chassis. An insertion hole(215) is formed at the mold frame corresponding to the combining member, and a fixing protrusion is formed at a side of the insertion hole.
