Abstract: An apparatus and a method for managing a preview of contents in a mobile communication system are provided to enable a user to determine easily whether to purchase the contents by enabling the user to preview a part of the contents. A method for managing a preview of contents comprises the following several steps. A contents server receives a contents request(200), checks a preview section of the contents(202) and encrypts the remaining section of the contents except the preview section by a symmetric encryption algorithm(204). Then, the contents server writes information on the preview section at a header(206) and checks whether it is necessary to encrypt the preview section(208). If it is not necessary, the contents server transmits the encrypted contents to the terminal(216). If it is necessary to encrypt the preview section, the contents server checks a receiver side public key(210), encrypts the preview section by using the receiver side public key(212), writes information on encryption of the preview section at a contents header(214) and transmits the preview section of the contents, encrypted via the public key, and the remaining section of the contents, encrypted via the symmetric encryption algorithm, to the terminal(216).

CONSTITUTION: An insulating film(102) is formed on a substrate(100) on which a plurality of lower conductive structures are arranged. An opening(104) is formed in the insulating layer. A barrier layer(110) includes a first metal nitride film and a second metal nitride film. In the first metal nitride film, the composition of a reductive material is more than that of a metal material. In the second metal nitride film, the composition of the metal film is more than that of the reductive material. A connecting unit is arranged in the opening. An upper conductive structure(114) is connected with the lower conductive structures through the connecting unit.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a semiconductor device is provided to eliminate residue from processing units by performing purifying operations with respect to each processing unit during a substrate is transferring between the processing units. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor substrate is loaded into a processing chamber including a plurality of processing units(S100). A substrate is being transferred along the processing units, and separate operations are performed in each processing unit(S200). While the substrate is transferred between the processing units, a purifying operation is performed with respect to each processing unit(S300). By-products and residue from the processing units are eliminated.

Abstract: A bit scrambling method and apparatus for packet transmission/reception in a wireless communication system are provided. A transmitter performs bit scrambling before CRC attachment and a receiver performs bit descrambling after a CRC check. This enables termination of iterative decoding at a turbo decoder according to the CRC check. Hence, power consumption is reduced and throughput is increased at a receiver.

Abstract: An apparatus and method for transmitting/receiving packet data at a high speed in a mobile communication system are provided to solve a problem that not user data but other data is received and transmitted to an upper layer because of an error of detection of a user channel generated in high speed downlink packet transmission. A CRC(Cyclic Redundancy Check) insertion unit(502) inserts CRC bits into a transmission block transmitted from an upper layer. A UE-specific bit scrambler(504) scrambles bits of the CRC bit-inserted transmission block by using a predetermined scrambling code. A channel coder(508) channel-codes the bit scrambled-bits. A modulator(516) modulates the channel-coded bits and outputs them. The predetermined scrambling code is allocated to each user and discriminates each user.
