Abstract:
PURPOSE: A self-diagnostic apparatus for an electric device and a method thereof are provided to perform monitoring during operation of a load and at a mass production line and also during after-service. CONSTITUTION: A self-diagnostic apparatus (106) of an electric device includes a current measurement unit (112) and a control unit (110). The current measurement unit measures current amount supplied to a load during operation of the load. The control unit measures power consumption during the operation of the load on the ground of the current amount measured through the current sensor. The control unit calculates the amount of power consumption change by comparing the power consumption during the operation of the load with rated power consumption of the load. If the amount of power consumption change deviates from the pre-established range, the control unit judges generation of abnormal power in the load. PURPOSE: A touch processing device in a portable terminal including a touch screen and a method thereof are provided to improve a reaction speed to touch input, to reduce errors of touch input, and to reduce loads of a storage unit. CONSTITUTION: If the touch input of a user is generated, a process filtering a touch input value of the user is included by using one or more digital filters(405). A touch compensation value is generated by the touch input value(407). The touch input value of the user is compensated by using the touch compensation value(409).
