Abstract: A projection display device is provided to improve optical usage efficiency and to reduce a speckle by using a uniform light distribution unit and a spatial light changing unit. An illumination optic part(210) includes a light source(212) and a beam expender(214). The beam expender outputs the light emitted from the light source with a specific shape. A spatial light changing unit(220) changes the light emitted from the beam expender to a specific position through a dynamic movement. A mirror totally reflects the light emitted from the spatial light changing unit and changes the progressing direction of the light. A uniform light distribution unit(240) is positioned between the spatial light changing unit and an image display device and uniformly distributes the light reflected by the mirror to the image display device.
