    Abstract: PURPOSE: A mass reinforcing method of gold nano-particles due to light irradiation, a biosensor, and biomolecule combining detection method using the same are provided to reinforce mass of the gold nano-particles by using an optical irradiation method. CONSTITUTION: A mass reinforcing method of gold nano-particles due to light irradiation comprises the following steps: irradiating a mixture including gold nano-particles(13) and reinforcing metal component(15) with light; and increasing the mass of the gold nano-particles by reducing thereof on the surface of the gold nano-particles. The light is ultraviolet ray. The metal reinforcing component is metallic ion. A bio molecular combining detection method comprises the following steps: reacting target bio molecular with bio sensors which detect physical property changes according to bondage of the target bio molecular; combining the gold nano-particle to the target bio molecular; dipping the bio sensor into a mixture which includes the metal reinforcing components and irradiating light; and detecting physical property change of the gold nano-particles.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A surface acoustic wave sensor system and a method for measuring multiple reverberation waves are provided to improve the sensitivity of a surface acoustic wave sensor and to obtain the high integration of the surface acoustic wave sensor. CONSTITUTION: A surface acoustic wave sensor system comprises a signal generation unit, a surface acoustic wave sensor, and signal measuring unit. The signal generation unit applies electrical signals to the surface acoustic wave sensor. The surface acoustic wave sensor is connected to the signal generating unit, converts the electrical signals into surface acoustic waves, and converts the surface acoustic wave sensor output corresponding to a measurement object after sensing the measurement object with the surface acoustic waves. The signal measuring unit is connected to one side of the surface acoustic wave sensor and performs a time-gating of the multiple reverberation waves, thereby detecting electrical changes.
