Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for screening anti-Pseudomonas aeruginosa antibiotics is provided to simply confirm efficiency of antibiotics through a small amount of Drosophila model. CONSTITUTION: A method for screening anti-Pseudomonas aeruginosa antibiotics comprises: a step of infecting Pseudomonas aeruginosa to Drosophila melanogaster; a step of administering a candidate material; and a step of measuring CFU(colony forming unit) of mortality or crushed material of Drosophila melanogaster. The infection number of Pseudomonas aeruginosa is 10-1000 CFU. The Pseudomonas aeruginosa is injected to dorsal thorax of Drosophila melanogaster. The candidate material to be screened is single compound, mixture or phage.
Abstract translation: 目的：提供一种筛选抗铜绿假单胞菌抗生素的方法，通过少量果蝇模型简单地证实抗生素的效率。 构成：筛选抗铜绿假单胞菌抗生素的方法包括：将绿脓假单胞菌感染黑腹果蝇的步骤; 管理候选材料的一个步骤; 以及测定果蝇死亡率或粉碎物质的CFU（菌落形成单位）的步骤。 铜绿假单胞菌的感染数为10-1000CFU。 铜绿假单胞菌注射到黑腹果蝇的背侧胸腔。 待筛选的候选材料是单一化合物，混合物或噬菌体。
