Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an electrophoretic microcapsule is provided to equally capsulize pigment particles and to implement the narrow size distribution of a capsule generated with equal shear stress by using a reactor forming the couette-taylor flow. CONSTITUTION: A reactor forms emulsion or colloid solution distributing inorganic/organic pigment particles. The reactor forms the emulsion by mixing a capsule material with an outcome. A capsule surrounds a medium distributing the inorganic/organic pigment particles as the reactor forms the capsule.
Abstract translation: 目的:提供一种制造电泳微胶囊的方法,以均匀地包封颜料颗粒,并通过使用形成甲醛 - 泰勒流的反应器来实现用等剪切应力产生的胶囊的窄尺寸分布。 构成:反应器形成分布无机/有机颜料颗粒的乳液或胶体溶液。 反应器通过将胶囊材料与结果混合而形成乳液。 当反应器形成胶囊时,胶囊围绕分布无机/有机颜料颗粒的介质。
