Abstract:
PURPOSE: A producing method of starch with improved slowly digestibility and indigestibility is provided to improve the degree of polymerization of the starch using the enzyme reaction. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of starch with improved slowly digestibility and indigestibility comprises the following steps: gelatinizing a suspension including starch and sugar; adding neiserria polysaccharea based amylosucrase enzyme liquid into the gelatinized suspension, and inducing the enzyme reaction at 25-35 deg C; and hydrothermal treating the enzyme reacted starch at 80-120 deg C for 20-60 minutes. The starch is selected from glutinous rice starch, non-glutinous rice starch, waxy corn starch, corn starch, glutinous potato starch, or potato starch.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A yellow dust detecting method using a scattering coefficient and absorption coefficient of an aerosol is provided to enhance the accuracy with respect to a detection of yellow dust by using an aerosol optical property. CONSTITUTION: A yellow dust detecting method using a scattering coefficient and absorption coefficient of an aerosol is as follows. A degree in which an aerosol scatters solar lights is measured by sucking aerosol particles floating in the air through a nephelometer(S10). The degree in which the aerosol scatters solar lights is measured by sucking the aerosol particles floating in the air through a aethalometer(S30). An angstrom coefficient and aerosol single scattering albedo are calculated by using a difference of sizes and each wavelength size of a scattering coefficient and absorption coefficient of the aerosol. Whether yellow dust is generated or not and properties and the intensity of the yellow dust are identified by using the angstrom coefficient and aerosol single scattering albedo and the existing PM10 mass concentration.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A sepsis therapeutic agent acquired through a method for screening a sepsis therapeutic agent which targets NOD2 signal transduction pathway is provided to effective treat sepsis. CONSTITUTION: A method for screening a sepsis therapeutic agent comprises the steps of: providing RIP2 (RICK) protein; making RIP2 and a test material which is expected to suppress phosphorylation or kinase activity come in contact; and selecting a material which reduces phosphorylation or kinase activity of RIP2 compared with a control group. A pharmaceutical composition for treating sepsis contains an inhibitor which suppresses kinase activation or phosphorylation of RIP2.

본원은 NOD2 매게된 IL-1 베타 의존적 IL-10 생성에 의한 Ly6-G + 과립구에서 CD55 발현의 억제를 통한 C5a 상승이 패혈증과 관련이 있다는 발견을 기초로 한 것으로, NOD2 신호전달 경로는 패혈증 치료제 발굴의 효과적인 표적으로 작용할 수 있다. 이러한 관점에서 본원은 NOD2 신호전달 경로의 차단을 통해 패혈증을 효과적으로 치료할 수 있는 물질의 스크리닝 방법 및 NOD2 신호전달 경로의 차단 또는 억제제를 포함하는 패혈증 치료용 조성물을 제공한다.
