Abstract: PURPOSE: A biomarker composition for diagnosing HER2 inhibitor resistance is provided to develop novel anticancer drugs. CONSTITUTION: A biomarker composition for diagnosing anticancer drug resistance contains ECM(extracellular matrix). The anticancer drug is a HER2 inhibitor, heceptin. The ECM contains an amino acid sequence of sequence number 1. A method for determining the expression of HER2 inhibitor resistance comprises a step of comparing ECM expression level between a control group with a cancer tissue in which HER2 inhibitor is administered. A method for suppressing HER2 inhibitor resistance comprises a step of treating ECM expression inhibitor to HER2 inhibitor-administered cancer cells.
Abstract translation: 目的:提供用于诊断HER2抑制剂抗性的生物标志物组合物,用于开发新型抗癌药物。 构成:用于诊断抗癌药物抗性的生物标志物组合物含有ECM(细胞外基质)。 抗癌药是HER2抑制剂,heceptin。 ECM含有序列号1的氨基酸序列。确定HER2抑制剂抗性表达的方法包括比较对照组与施用HER2抑制剂的癌组织之间的ECM表达水平的步骤。 抑制HER2抑制剂抗性的方法包括对施用HER2抑制剂的癌细胞处理ECM表达抑制剂的步骤。

Abstract: 본발명은항암제중 HER2(human epidermal growth factor receptor 2) 타겟치료제, 즉 HER2 저해제를사용한경우, 상기 HER2 저해제에대한감수성이감소하는현상과 ECM(Extracellular Matrix)의발현이증가하는현상의관계를이용하여, HER2 저해제에대한내성이생겼는지여부를결정하는결정수단으로서 ECM(Extracellular Matrix)의발현정도를마커로사용하는방법및 이의용도에관한것이다. 이와같은 ECM(Extracellular Matrix) 발현여부를결정하여 HER2 저해제, 예를들어허셉틴(Herceptin, trastuzumab) 내성여부를판단함으로써적절한대체항암제를사용할수 있게하고, 또한 HER2 저해제에대한내성을극복할수 있는새로운항암제개발에유용하다.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an embolic polymer-metal composite fiber and a preparation method thereof which uses first and second polymer hydrogel films with different expansion rates in the blood formed in a double layer structure by containing crosslinking agents in different contents. A linear form polymer fiber bends inside the blood and is formed into a coil for blocking blood vessels. By varying the concentration of the crosslinking agents and the thickness of the polymer fiber, the coil in a desired shape and size is designed beforehand. Abstract: PURPOSE: An angiostenosis polymer film and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to close blood vessels and to design the polymer film with coils of desired shapes and sizes. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an angiostenosis polymer film comprises the following steps: dissolving polymers in distilled water; adding cross-linking agents in different ratios after dividing the dissolved polymer solution into a first polymer solution and a second polymer solution; manufacturing a mixture of first and second polymer hydrogel films by adding a catalyst to the first and second polymer solutions; manufacturing first and second polymer hydrogel films by applying the mixture of first and second polymer hydrogel films on a plate and drying the mixture at room temperature; and adhering the first polymer hydrogel film to the second polymer hydrogel film by applying the mixture of first and second polymer hydrogel films between the dried first and second polymer hydrogel films.
