Abstract: The present invention relates to an embolic polymer-metal composite fiber and a preparation method thereof which uses first and second polymer hydrogel films with different expansion rates in the blood formed in a double layer structure by containing crosslinking agents in different contents. A linear form polymer fiber bends inside the blood and is formed into a coil for blocking blood vessels. By varying the concentration of the crosslinking agents and the thickness of the polymer fiber, the coil in a desired shape and size is designed beforehand. Abstract: PURPOSE: An angiostenosis polymer film and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to close blood vessels and to design the polymer film with coils of desired shapes and sizes. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an angiostenosis polymer film comprises the following steps: dissolving polymers in distilled water; adding cross-linking agents in different ratios after dividing the dissolved polymer solution into a first polymer solution and a second polymer solution; manufacturing a mixture of first and second polymer hydrogel films by adding a catalyst to the first and second polymer solutions; manufacturing first and second polymer hydrogel films by applying the mixture of first and second polymer hydrogel films on a plate and drying the mixture at room temperature; and adhering the first polymer hydrogel film to the second polymer hydrogel film by applying the mixture of first and second polymer hydrogel films between the dried first and second polymer hydrogel films. Abstract: 본 발명은 (i) 기둥형 전기활성 고분자 적층물 및 (ii) 상기 기둥형 적층물 표면의 일부에 존재하는 복수 개의 전극 코팅층을 포함하는 고분자 구동체와 고분자 구동체를 포함하는 카테터에 관한 것으로서, 상기 고분자 구동체는 밀도가 낮고, 구동변위, 구동력 및 강도 등의 기계적 물성과 응답속도가 향상되고, 전기활성 고분자 내에 존재하는 이온기의 이온교환능, 이온기의 개수, 이온기의 분포, 상대 양이온의 종류, 이온교환막의 두께, 표면 전극 두께 등의 인자 조절에 의해 구동특성의 조절이 가능하여, 이를 포함하는 카테터는 가이드와이어 또는 능동형 카테터로 사용이 용이하다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A polymer actuator, a catheter comprising the same and its preparation method are provided, which remove the side effect of the human body and improves the success rate of the treatment of the cerebrovascular disease like the brain aneurysm. CONSTITUTION: A polymer actuator includes a plurality of coating layers existing in a part of the columnar lamination surface and columnar electroactive polymer laminate. The electroactive polymer is selected from the ionic high molecule, conductivity polymer, carbon nanotube, dielectric polymer, electrostricive polymer, nanoclay, silica compound, and their combination. The ionic high molecule is the fluoropolymer in which the selected ionic group of more than one kind among the sulfonic acid group and carbonyl radical is introduced. The conductivity polymer is selected from the polyaniline, polypyrrole, polysulfone, polyacetylene and their combination. The dielectric polymer is selected from polyacrylate, the silicon, and the polyvinylidene fluoride and their combination. The electrostricive polymer is selected from polyacrylate, silicon, polyurethane, and their combination.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An electroactive polymer vibrator, a manufacturing method thereof, and a thrombus dissolving method using the same are provided to minimize the amount of inputting a thrombus dissolving agent, thereby reducing thrombus dissolving risk due to drugs. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of electrode coating layers are formed on a portion of a columnar laminate. A capsule coating layer capsulates the electrode coating layers.
