Abstract: The present invention relates to a food composition for removing heavy metals which includes Korean leek without side effects to human body as an effective component. The ability of removing the heavy metals of the Korean leek is confirmed through the present invention, and the Korean leek can be developed into the food composition including the Korean leek, and be used for removing the heavy metals. The heavy metals are one selected from arsenic, cadmium, and lead.
