Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing charcoal moldings is provided to make various hardwood processed products into the charcoal of original form and to obtain safer and improve taste of food by eliminating harmful heavy metals of an article through radioactive function of far-infrared ray, anion discharge function, and corruption prevention function. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing charcoal moldings comprises the following steps: horizontally settling a moldings supporting board(330) on the bottom of a molding furnace(1000); injecting a mixture of sand, crusher dust, glass frit, lime powder, sea stone powder, metal powder, or yellow soil; settling moldings(300) of hardwood processed products not to contact with a plurality of seating balls on an upper moldings landing plate(331); injecting the sand again and filling the molding furnace with the sand to make the moldings buried in the sand; heating the inner part of the molding furnace by continuously heating after closing a lid(320); and drying the charcoal moldings at a room temperature.
