    Abstract: PURPOSE: A performance evaluation device of compressed natural gas regulator is provided to improve stability and safety and to reduce evaluation costs for newly developed regulator. CONSTITUTION: A performance evaluation device of compressed natural gas regulator comprises an air suction line and a controller(4). The air suction line supplies the compressed natural gas a regulator(2). The controller has manometer and thermometer which are attached to an exhaust line discharging compressed natural gas. A cooling water circulation line supplies the cooling water of the regulator to cooling water flow path. A vacuum pump member(7) is connected to the regulator and describes the operation condition of an acceleration pedal.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A cooling water flow control system of a compressed natural gas regulator is provided to detect the temperature of CNG(Compressed Natural Gas) discharged from a regulator in real time and easily open/close a cooling water discharge pipe through a flow control valve. CONSTITUTION: A cooling water flow control system of a compressed natural gas regulator comprises a flow control unit(20), a gas temperature sensing unit(10), and a flow control valve. The flow control unit controls the flow rate of cooling water in a regulator of a CNG vehicle according to the temperature of CNG discharged from the regulator. The gas temperature sensing unit is connected to the flow control unit and detects the temperature of CNG discharged from the regulator. The flow control valve is connected to the flow control unit and controls the flow rate of discharged cooling water according to control signals of the flow control unit. The flow control unit outputs a valve closing signal when the CNG temperature sensed by the gas temperature sensing unit is over a range of 30~35°C and a valve opening signal when the CNG temperature is less than the range.
