Abstract: PURPOSE: A performance evaluation device of compressed natural gas regulator is provided to improve stability and safety and to reduce evaluation costs for newly developed regulator. CONSTITUTION: A performance evaluation device of compressed natural gas regulator comprises an air suction line and a controller(4). The air suction line supplies the compressed natural gas a regulator(2). The controller has manometer and thermometer which are attached to an exhaust line discharging compressed natural gas. A cooling water circulation line supplies the cooling water of the regulator to cooling water flow path. A vacuum pump member(7) is connected to the regulator and describes the operation condition of an acceleration pedal.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An adsorption system and a method for imperfect combustion gas are provided to effectively eliminate imperfect combustion gas by drawing in the imperfect combustion gas staying in an intake pipe into a canister when an electronic throttle valve shuts off an intake pipe, and drawing in the collected imperfect combustion gas through a canister when an electronic throttle valve shuts off an intake pipe when the electronic valve opens the intake pipe with a direction switching valve. CONSTITUTION: An adsorption system and method for imperfect combustion gas comprises a controller(110), an electric throttle valve(121), and a canister(130) and a direction switching valve(131). The controller controls a vehicle generally. The electric throttle valve opens and shuts an intake pipe(120) with the control of the controller. The canister collects imperfect combustion gas. The direction switching valve is connected to some part of the intake pipe. When the electronic throttle valve shuts off the intake pipe with the control of the controller, the direction switching valve draws in the imperfection combustion gas existing in the intake pipe into canister. When the electronic throttle valve opens the intake pipe, the direction switching valve draws in the explosion collected through the canister into the intake pipe.

Abstract: A vibration damping device of the damper clutch for the torque converter of a vehicle is provided to prevent vibration in the gear transmission by obtaining the soft buffering effect through the movement of the oil the vibration damping device of the damper clutch for the torque converter of the vehicles. A plurality of fixing press plates(11) is formed in a circumference of a fixing plate(1) into the same interval. A plurality of rotation push plates(21) is formed in a circumference of a herb clutch(2). A fluid pressure buffering unit is arranged between the fixing press plate and rotation push plate. The fluid pressure buffering unit is compacted to the change of the relative rotation angle of the fixing plate and herb clutch. The fluid pressure buffering unit comprises the hydraulic damper. The both ends of the hydraulic damper are connected to the fixing press plate and the rotation push plate to perform the buffer function through the movement of the oil.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A cooling water flow control system of a compressed natural gas regulator is provided to detect the temperature of CNG(Compressed Natural Gas) discharged from a regulator in real time and easily open/close a cooling water discharge pipe through a flow control valve. CONSTITUTION: A cooling water flow control system of a compressed natural gas regulator comprises a flow control unit(20), a gas temperature sensing unit(10), and a flow control valve. The flow control unit controls the flow rate of cooling water in a regulator of a CNG vehicle according to the temperature of CNG discharged from the regulator. The gas temperature sensing unit is connected to the flow control unit and detects the temperature of CNG discharged from the regulator. The flow control valve is connected to the flow control unit and controls the flow rate of discharged cooling water according to control signals of the flow control unit. The flow control unit outputs a valve closing signal when the CNG temperature sensed by the gas temperature sensing unit is over a range of 30~35°C and a valve opening signal when the CNG temperature is less than the range.
