Abstract: PURPOSE: An invert type organic solar cell including fullerene derivative is provided to maximize photoelectric transformation efficiency by using fullerene compound with excellent electron transmission characteristic. CONSTITUTION: The first electrode is formed on a substrate(100). A photoactive layer(140) is formed on a fullerene compound thin film and includes one or more organic compound. A buffer layer(130) is formed on the photoactive layer. The second electrode is formed on the buffer layer.
