An organic light emitting diode containing anthracene derivative compound is provided to have high efficiency, longevity and color purity by substituting with two or more hetero cyclic compounds. An anthracene derivative compound is denoted by the chemical formula 1. The organic light emitting diode comprises a first electrode, organic layer containing one or more layer having light emitting layer, and a second electrode. The one or more layer in organic layer comprises the anthracene derivative compound of the chemical formula 1. The light emitting layer comprises a host and dopant, the host is anthracene derivative compound of the chemical formula 1. The dopant is phosphorescence compound.

A polymer compound containing a phenylcarbazole group is provided to realize excellent hole transport property, and to impart high efficiency and high color purity to a polymer electroluminescence device. PURPOSE: An invert type organic solar cell including fullerene derivative is provided to maximize photoelectric transformation efficiency by using fullerene compound with excellent electron transmission characteristic. CONSTITUTION: The first electrode is formed on a substrate(100). A photoactive layer(140) is formed on a fullerene compound thin film and includes one or more organic compound. A buffer layer(130) is formed on the photoactive layer. The second electrode is formed on the buffer layer.
