Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing CdTe nanoparticles by using the ultrasonic waves is provided to apply the ultrasonic waves to mixed solution, thereby simply manufacturing CdTe nanoparticles. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing CdTe nanoparticles by using the ultrasonic waves comprises the next step. Mixed solution is manufactured by mixing a cadmium compound tellurium compound(S110). The ultrasonic waves are applied to the mixed solution(S120). A solvent is separated from the mixed solution being ultrasonic processed(S130). CdTe nanoparticles are obtained by drying the separated solvent(S140). The solvent comprises sulfide and water.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供使用超声波制造CdTe纳米颗粒的方法，将超声波应用于混合溶液，从而简单地制造CdTe纳米颗粒。 构成：使用超声波制造CdTe纳米颗粒的方法包括下一步骤。 通过混合镉化合物碲化合物（S110）制备混合溶液。 将超声波施加到混合溶液（S120）。 将溶剂与被超声处理的混合溶液分离（S130）。 通过干燥分离的溶剂获得CdTe纳米颗粒（S140）。 溶剂包括硫化物和水。
