Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing CdTe nanoparticles by using the ultrasonic waves is provided to apply the ultrasonic waves to mixed solution, thereby simply manufacturing CdTe nanoparticles. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing CdTe nanoparticles by using the ultrasonic waves comprises the next step. Mixed solution is manufactured by mixing a cadmium compound tellurium compound(S110). The ultrasonic waves are applied to the mixed solution(S120). A solvent is separated from the mixed solution being ultrasonic processed(S130). CdTe nanoparticles are obtained by drying the separated solvent(S140). The solvent comprises sulfide and water.
