    Abstract: A heat dissipation plate coated with a carbon nano tube and a fabrication method thereof are provided to improve thermal conductivity capability by maximizing a surface area of a heat absorption apparatus for heat dissipation. A heat dissipation plate having a heat dissipation pin is formed. The heat dissipation plate is dipped into a bath including a solvent with dispersed carbon nano tube. A wetting layer is formed on the surface of the heat dissipation pin by taking out the heat dissipation plate in a constant speed. Carbon nano tube is absorbed on the surface of the heat dissipation pin by drying the solvent of the wetting layer.
