Abstract:
PURPOSE: A recombinant expression vector containing a fusion gene having cholera toxin B subunit(sCTB) gene and an neutralizing epitope(sCOE) gene of porcine epidemic diarrhea virus is provided to effectively and simply prevent porcine epidemic diarrhea virus. CONSTITUTION: A recombinant plant expression vector contains a fusion gene of cholera toxin B subunit(sCTB) gene and a neutralizing epitope(sCOE) of porcine epidemic diarrhea virus. The sCTB gene has a base of sequence number 1. The sCOE gene has a base of sequence number 2. A vector contains a fusion gene having Kosak sequence(GCCACC), sCTB gene having a base of sequence number 1, GPGP coding sequence, sCOE gene having a base of sequence number 2, and ER retention signal(SEKDEL) coding sequence. The vector is pMYV514 vector. A vaccine composition for porcine epidemic diarrhea virus contains recombinant Sctb-sCOE fusion protein.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a recombinant dengue virus vaccine using a plant is provided to produce a large amount of safety vaccines. CONSTITUTION: A recombinant vector contains a synthetic gene, scED III(synthetic consensus dengue virus envelope protein domain III) with a base of sequence number 1. The recombinant vector sequentially comprises: a rice plant amylase D3(RAmy3D), RAmy3D signal peptide coding sequence, scED III synthetic gene, and a sequence encoding endoplasmic reticulum retention sequence(SEKDEL). A method for producing a large amount of scED III proteins in a plant comprises a step of transducing the recombinant vector into a plant and overexpressing scED III synthetic gene.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A recombinant plant expression vector having a fusion protein containing E.coli endotoxin B subunit(LTB) gene and an Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae-derived ApxIIA gene fragment is provided to effectively manufacture a vaccine for pleuropneumonia. CONSTITUTION: A recombinant plant expression vector has a fusion gene containing E.coli-derived endotoxin B subunit(LTB) gene and Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae-derived ApxIIa gene fragment. The ApxIIA gene fragment is ApxIIA619-801 gene having a base sequence of sequence number 1. A method for preparing the LTB-ApxIIA fusion protein comprises a step of transforming a plant with a vector and expressing the fusion gene. A vaccine composition for pleuropneumonia contains LTB-ApxIIA fusion protein as an active ingredient.
