PURPOSE: An oral vaccine adjuvant for enhancing mucous and body immunity is provided to induce vaccine immunity through oral administration. CONSTITUTION: An immune adjuvant contains complement protein C5a receptor ligand. The ligand has more than 60% of homology with Co1 of sequence number 1. The ligand is an outer membrane protein helix(OmpH) of Y. enterocolitica. The C5a receptor is expressed in M cell(microfold cell) or M cell like cell.

PURPOSE: A method for preparing ApxIIA protein which is displayed on the surface of yeast is provided to maintain protein structure and to develop effective oral vaccine. CONSTITUTION: A method for displaying ApxIIA protein on cell surface comprises a step of transforming yeast with a recombinant vector containing sequence encoding ApxIIA protein and cell wall adhesion sequence. A signal peptide is amylase 1A signal peptide(ASP). The cell wall adhesion sequence is an anchor DNA fragment containing half of 3' of alpha-aglutin gene(AGA1-C320) encoding 320 amino acids of C-terminal. The yeast is Saccharomyces cerevisiae. A feed supplement contains prepared ApxIIA protein.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for producing a recombinant dengue virus vaccine by using yeast, and to a dengue virus vaccine followed thereby. Recombinant scEDIII protein produced from yeast is capable of inducing an antibody to all dengue viruses of four serotypes, so a stable and safe recombinant dengue virus vaccine having cross-neutralizing activity can be provided. The present invention has an effect of easily purifying the antibody since the scEDIII protein produced by a rice α-amylase signal peptide sequence is secreted inside a medium.

본 발명의 목적은 C5a수용체 리간드와 투여물질이 결합되어 형성된 점막 투여용 물질 전달체를 제공함에 있다. 본 발명의 또 다른 목적은 C5a 수용체 리간드와 투여물질이 결합되어 형성된 점막투여용 물질 전달체를 유효성분으로 포함하는 점막 투여용 약학적 조성물을 제공함에 있다. 본 발명은 점막으로의 목적 물질의 유입을 특이적으로 가능하게 하며, 점막의 M세포로의 물질 전달 기술은 질병 치료를 위한 약학적 조성물 또는 백신의 체내 도입을 효과적으로 가능하게 한다.

PURPOSE: Transformants expressing the epitope protein of porcine epidemic diarrhea virus and an oral vaccine composition containing the same are provided. The transformants can be easily stored, maintained, transported and administered to animals. CONSTITUTION: A recombinant vector is characterized by containing a PEDV epitope gene encoding PEDV epitope protein having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1, wherein X22 is Asp or Gly, X23 is Ser or Leu, X24 is Ser or Gly, X25 is Ser or Gly, X51 is Thr or Arg, X58 is Asn or Ser, X114 is Leu or Phe, and X137 is IIe or Val; and the PEDV epitope gene has the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO: 2; the vector contains a plant expression vector, the PEDV epitope gene and a transcription terminator; the recombinant vector is pMY039(KCTC 10194BP).
