The present invention relates to a laminate sheet, a manufacturing method thereof, an article using a laminate sheet, and a manufacturing method thereof. The laminate sheet includes at least one base layer including a first thermoplastic resin and at least one metallic layer which is located on one side or both sides of the base layer and includes a second thermoplastic resin and metal-resin composite particles. The first thermoplastic resin and the second thermoplastic resin are the same as or different from each other. The metal-resin composite particle includes a metal deposition layer, a first coating layer which is located on one side of the metal deposition layer, and a second coating layer which is located the other side of the metal deposition layer. The first coating layer and the second coating layer contain a thermosetting resin, respectively.

The present invention relates to a molded product which comprises a thermoplastic resin, a metal-resin complex particle, and an air hole. The metal-resin complex particle comprises: a metal deposition layer, a first coating layer positioned on one surface of the metal deposition layer, a second coating layer positioned on the other surface of the metal deposition layer, and the first and second coating layer respectively comprising a thermoplastic resin; and to a manufacturing method of a molded product.

PURPOSE: A thermoplastic resin composition is provided to have excellent metal texture, and to prevent generation of a weld line and flow mark. CONSTITUTION: A thermoplastic resin composition includes a thermoplastic resin, and a metal particle. There is a plurality of nanosized pores on the surface of a metal particle. Amine groups are located in the nanosized pores. The thermoplastic resin includes a functional group including the amine group. The thermoplastic resin includes a functional group being coupled to the amine group. The thermoplastic resin is a polycarbonate resin, rubber-modified vinyl-based copolymer resin, polyester resin, polyalkyl (meth)acrylate resin, polystyrene resin, polyolefin resin, or a combination thereof. The inorganic particle includes 0.1-3 parts by weight with regard to 100.0 parts by weight of the thermoplastic resin.

CONSTITUTION: An acrylic resin composition comprises a first core-shell structure acrylic copolymers which includes dual layer rubber, a second core-shell structure acrylic copolymer which includes monolayer rubber, a heat-resistant copolymer of vinyl cyanide compound and aromatic vinyl compound which includes α-methyl styrene, phenyl N-substituted maleimide, or a combination thereof, and polyalkyl(meth)acrylate which has average molecular weight of 20,000-30,000 g/mol. The dual layer rubber has average particle diameter of 0.1-0.5 micron.

PURPOSE: A thermoplastic resin composition is provided to have excellent thermal stability and weather resistance, thereby utilizing for molded product like electric and electronic components using outdoor, vehicle components, construction components, sports equipment, etc. CONSTITUTION: A thermoplastic resin composition comprises 100 parts by weight of acrylic resin containing acrylic graft copolymer containing acrylic rubber, 0.1-0.7 parts by weight of phosphorous antioxidant, and 0.1-1.0 parts by weight of a hindered amine-based photostabilizer. The phosphorous antioxidant comprises triphenyl phosphite, triisodecyl phosphite, diphenyl-iso-octyl-phosphite, tris(2,4-t-butylphenyl)phosphite, tris(nonylphenyl)phosphite, distearyl-pentaerythritol-diphosphate or their combinations thereof. The hindered amine-based photostabilizer comprises bis(2,2,6,6-teramethyl-4piperidyl)sebacate, tetrakis (2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidyl)-1,2,3,4-butane tetra carboxylate, 2,4-dichloro-6-(1,1,3,3-tetramethylbutyl amino)-1,3,5-triazine, and a poly condensated material of N,N'-bis(2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidyl)hexamethylenediamine, or combinations thereof.
