Abstract: PURPOSE: A polycarbonate resin composition is provided to secure the fire retardant property, the mobility, and the workability of the composition, and to use the composition for an interior and exterior decorative material of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A polycarbonate resin composition contains 100 parts of base resin by weight, and 1~50 parts of flame retardant by weight. The base resin includes 65~99wt% of polycarbonate resin, and 1~35wt% of (meth)acrylic acid ester based polymer with the weight average molecular weight of 5,000~30,000 grams per mol. The (meth)acrylic acid ester based polymer is produced by polymerizing 80~99wt% of methacrylic acid alkyl ester monomer, and 1~20wt% of monomer capable of radical polymerizing with the methacrylic acid alkyl ester monomer.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A polycarbonate resin composition containing a (meth)acrylate ester copolymer is provided to secure the mobility and the working ability of the composition, and to apply the composition for manufacturing an interior and exterior decorative material. CONSTITUTION: A polycarbonate resin composition contains the following: 100 parts of base resin by weight formed with 60~99wt% of polycarbonate resin, and 1~40wt% of (meth)acrylate ester copolymer; 1~30 parts of phosphate ester compound by weight, marked with chemical formula 1; and 0.1~30 parts of halogen-substituted polycarbonate oligomer by weight marked with chemical formula 2. The (meth)acrylate ester copolymer is produced by copolymerizing 1~80wt% of C1~C8 methacrylic acid alkyl ester, C1~C8 acrylic acid alkyl ester, or their compound, and 20~99wt% of C6~C30 methacrylic acid aryl ester, C6~C30 acrylic acid aryl ester, or their compound.
