본 발명은 산업 효모인 야로이아 속 세포 표면에 목적단백질을 발현하기 위한 플라스미드 및 이를 이용한 목적단백질의 세포 표면 발현방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 플라스미드는 세포질 내에 독립적으로 또는 크로모좀 내에 삽입되어 존재하며, 목적단백질을 야로이아 속 유래의 세포 표면 단백질과 융합하여 발현한다. 특히, 크로모좀에 삽입되어 존재하는 경우, 상응하는 크로모좀 상의 내인성 세포 표면 단백질을 코딩하는 유전자를 파쇄하여 목적단백질을 야로이아 리폴리티카 세포 표면에 보다 안정적으로 발현할 수 있다. 본 발명의 세포 표면 발현 시스템은 활성 단백질을 야로이아 속 세포 표면에 직접 발현함으로써 소수성 기질을 이용할 수 있는 야로이아 속의 효모를 세포촉매제로 직접 사용할 수 있는 유용성을 가진다. 야로이아 속 효모, 세포 표면 발현, 야로이아 리폴리티카, 세포벽 단백질.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a magnetic tag capable of being recognized as a unique waveform by a magnetic pattern by forming a magnetic bit composed of the pattern of a magnetic material. The magnetic tag according to the present invention form the magnetic bit made from the magnetic material on one side of a bar-type body. The magnetic bit includes at least two magnetic patterns. Therefore, the magnetic tag minimizes interference between each magnetic bit, improves the accuracy of tag recognition, and facilitates high-capacity encoding in a fine range.

PURPOSE: An emotion recognition device using facial expressions and a control method are provided to measure the change for the facial expressions of an object, thereby objectively distinguishing the emotions which the object feels. CONSTITUTION: A camera (121) obtains a first image for a first object corresponding to emotions which are classified by a predetermined reference. A user input unit (130) receives a first frame of the first image from a user. A control unit (180) recognizes the face of the first object which is included in the first frame. The control unit extracts the facial component of the first object by using the face. The control unit extracts change patterns for the emotions by using the facial component. Abstract:
A method for expressing a target protein using Yarrowia species yeast is provided to be able to express the target protein to a fused protein and a cell surface protein and express the target protein on the surface of a cell, and be able to more stably and efficiently induce the cell surface expression by introducing a plasmid into a chromosome of the yeast to crush the corresponding cell surface protein. The plasmid for cell surface expression comprises a cell surface protein encoding gene selected from the group consisting of YIAGA1, YICRH1, YICRH2, YICWP1, YIYWP1, YIPIR3 AND YISED1, a target protein encoding gene and a promoter operably linked to the upper portions thereof. The target protein encoding gene is fused into a cell surface protein during the expression in a cell to be expressed on the cell surface of Yarrowia species yeast such as Yarrowia lipolytica. The method for expressing a target protein on the cell surface of Yarrowia species yeast comprises the steps of: (a) transforming the plasmid into the Yarrowia species yeast; and (b) culturing the transformed plasmid to express the target protein on the surface of a host cell.
