Abstract:
The present invention relates to a composition for odor removal and fragrance molecule emission, containing a complex of cucurbituril and fragrance molecules, and a preparation method thereof. An odor molecule and a fragrance molecule are alternately bound to cucurbituril so that the fragrance molecule is released from the complex while the odor molecule is bound to cucurbituril. The complex of the present invention uses only only one type of cucurbituril, which is a macrocyclic molecule, to have a deodorant effect and a fragrance effect at the same time. Therefore, the complex of the present invention has a very efficient air conditioning effect.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an odor removal composite including a curcurbituril and a manufacturing method thereof. The present invention is able to remove odor by efficiently collecting various types of odor substances (especially a stink including a fishy smell which includes an ammonium ion) based on an ability of interacting with various substances using both entrances which are surrounded by a carbonyl group and a hydrophobic cavity included in the curcurbituril. Therefore, the present invention is considered to be importantly applied to air purification and environment improvement.

CONSTITUTION: A giant multimeric carbohydrate in which two more multimeric carbohydrate are bonded to a single anchoring agent is formed by covalent bond of one or more carbohydrate derivative with cucurbitruil derivative single molecule A1 or A2 of chemical formula 1. The carbohydrate derivative is monosaccharide, disaccharide, or polysaccharide. A protein inhibitor contains the giant multimeric carbohydrate. An anti-adherent of microorganism contains the giant multimeric carbohydrate.

A liposome formed by self-assembling of a cucurbituril derivative having a functional group which is sensitively cut off under acidic or reducing condition is provided to be stable in blood, be disintegrated after being absorbed into cells, allow a drug to be acted on a tissue of a desired target portion with preventing side effects of a systemic drug by encapsulating a target-oriented material into the cucurbituril derivative, thereby being used as a desirable drug delivery system. A liposome is formed by self-assembling of a cucurbituril derivative represented by a formula(1). In the formula(1), X is O, S or NH; each A1 and A2 is respectively OR^1, OR^2, or SR^1, SR^2. or NHR^1, NHR^2, wherein each R^1 and R^2 is independently a hydrophilic functional group which makes the compound of the formula(1) have amphiphilic property to form a liposome and is selected from the group consisting of C5-20 alkyl, C5-20 alkenyl, C5-20 alkynyl, C5-20 carbonylalkyl, C5-20 thioalkyl, C5-20 alkylthiol, C5-20 hydroxyalkyl, C5-20 alkylsilyl, C5-20 aminoalkyl, C5-20 cycloalkyl, C5-20 heterocycloalkyl, C5-20 arylalkyl and C5-20 heteroarylalkyl(wherein the alkyl, alkenyl or alkynyl is substituted by at least one hetero-atom selected from the group consisting of O, N and S, provided that a number of carbon atoms is higher than a number of substituted hetero-atoms, and the hydrophilic functional group is an amino acid or a peptide consisting of 2-10 amino acids, which may be substituted or unsubstituted with hexose or pentose); and n is an integer from 4 to 20. The present invention relates to a sustained release type fragrance molecule emitting composite which includes a complex of a Cucurbituril and a fragrance molecule, and to a manufacturing method thereof. The complex of the Cucurbituril and the fragrance molecule included in the composite has an effect of emitting fragrance molecules at a slower speed than a case of having only the fragrance molecule without the Cucurbituril. Therefore, the present invention is able to minimize a fragrance substance reduction caused by a long term storage in the case of manufacturing a fragrance substance emitting product which includes the complex and is also able to emit a fragrance substance for a longer time than an existing product by one time installation. Therefore, the present invention is considered to be importantly applicable to improving the environment of an indoor space or inside a vehicle.
