Abstract: 본 발명은 용탕이송장치에 관한 것으로, 펌프케이스(12)를 용해로(11)의 외부에 위치되도록 설치하고, 용해로(11)에서 용탕이 용해되면 진공발생수단(18)으로 펌프케이스(12)의 공기를 펌핑하여 용해로(11)에서 펌프케이스(12)로 용탕을 이송한 다음, 펌프케이스(12)로 이송된 용탕은 가압수단(19)으로 펌프케이스(12)에 가스를 주입하여 펌프케이스(12)의 용탕을 주조용 모울드로 급탕되도록 함으로써, 종래와 같이 펌프케이스가 용해로의 내측에 위치되지 않으므로 용해로에서 용해되는 용탕의 양을 증가시킬 수 있고, 펌프케이스가 용해되어 불순물로 작용하는 것도 방지된다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A Mg-Ca sacrifice anode prepared by adding a small amount of Ca as a low melting point modifying component to Mg to reduce the ignition temperature of molten metal is provided which has the excellent protective effect of molten metal during casting. CONSTITUTION: A Mg-Ca sacrifice anode comprises 0.2 to 1.3% by weight of Ca and the balance Mg and satisfies an anti-corrosion potential difference of above -1.5V and an anti-corrosion efficiency of above 50% as defined in a standard such as KS. The anode has high potential and efficiency characteristics such that it can be used in the range of various electrochemical environmental conditions of soil and simplifies the manufacturing process of a sacrifice anode.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A transfer device of molten ladle is provided to improve melting amount and to prevent generation of impurities in molten metal by placing a pump case out of a melting furnace. CONSTITUTION: A metal to be melted is input to a melting furnace(11) and melted by heating. A three-way valve(20) is connected to a vacuum generating piece(18), By using the suction force generating by the air supplied from an air supply resource and transmitted to a pump case(12), the air existed in the pump case is pumped and the inner part of the pump case becomes a vacuum state. The molten metal melted in the melting furnace is transferred to the pump case via a molten metal transfer line(13). The backward flowing of the molten metal to the melting furnace is prevented by a backward flow preventing valve(15). When transferring molten metal via a molten metal transfer line(13) and a rapid heating line(14), the molten metal is heated by heaters(16) surrounding the lines(13,14) to prevent the solidification of molten metal in the lines.
