Abstract: 본 발명은 용탕이송장치에 관한 것으로, 펌프케이스(12)를 용해로(11)의 외부에 위치되도록 설치하고, 용해로(11)에서 용탕이 용해되면 진공발생수단(18)으로 펌프케이스(12)의 공기를 펌핑하여 용해로(11)에서 펌프케이스(12)로 용탕을 이송한 다음, 펌프케이스(12)로 이송된 용탕은 가압수단(19)으로 펌프케이스(12)에 가스를 주입하여 펌프케이스(12)의 용탕을 주조용 모울드로 급탕되도록 함으로써, 종래와 같이 펌프케이스가 용해로의 내측에 위치되지 않으므로 용해로에서 용해되는 용탕의 양을 증가시킬 수 있고, 펌프케이스가 용해되어 불순물로 작용하는 것도 방지된다.

Abstract: The squeeze die castng machine reduces voids and shrinkage of complicated casting products by applying localized pressure to the melt in the die using eject pins instead of pressing plunger. Abstract: The supply pump, used in transporting molten metal from a furnace to a continuous casting device or a mould for ingot, includes a pump container(1) equipped with a gas supply pipe(2) and a discharge pipe(3) for molten metal, and an automatic suction valve(V) having a valve housing(4) which is mounted on the bottom of the pump container and has a suction opening(5) on its bottom surface, and a valve member(6) which is floatable and sinkable due to the buoyancy of molten metal and the pressure of gas. The valve member(6) may be formed in a spherical shape, a conical shape or a pyramidal shape.

Abstract: 본 발명은 다이캐스트 주조시에 용탕에 대한 국부적인 가압을 행하여 용탕중에 존재하는 공동과 수축공을 제거하여 내부결함이 없는 주조제품을 제조하기 위한 스쥐즈 다이캐스팅 장치에 관한 것이다.
본 발명 장치는 금형공간내 용탕의 국부가압을 위한 구성으로서 종래의 다이캐스트 장치에서 주조재품의 추출 기능만을 수행하던 압출핀을 국부가압이 요구되는 금형공간상에 형성하여 비교적 높은 압력이 부여되는 압출실린더에 연동하여 구동되도록 상기 압출핀과 압출실린더 사이를 압출봉으로 연결함으로써 압출실린더의 구동시압출핀의 선단부가 용탕의 내부로 밀고 들어가면서 가압압출을 행하도록 구성되어 있다.
본 발명 장치는 금형공간내 국부가압을 위한 구성으로서 기존의 압출봉을 변형하여 이용함에 따라 장치자체가 간단하고, 금헝제조비용이 낮다는 장점이 있다.-

Abstract: PURPOSE: A transfer device of molten ladle is provided to improve melting amount and to prevent generation of impurities in molten metal by placing a pump case out of a melting furnace. CONSTITUTION: A metal to be melted is input to a melting furnace(11) and melted by heating. A three-way valve(20) is connected to a vacuum generating piece(18), By using the suction force generating by the air supplied from an air supply resource and transmitted to a pump case(12), the air existed in the pump case is pumped and the inner part of the pump case becomes a vacuum state. The molten metal melted in the melting furnace is transferred to the pump case via a molten metal transfer line(13). The backward flowing of the molten metal to the melting furnace is prevented by a backward flow preventing valve(15). When transferring molten metal via a molten metal transfer line(13) and a rapid heating line(14), the molten metal is heated by heaters(16) surrounding the lines(13,14) to prevent the solidification of molten metal in the lines.

Abstract: 본 발명은 용해로중의 용융금속을 용탕유지로나 주조장치등으로 이동시켜 주는데 사용되는 용융금석의 급탕펌프에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 급탕펌프는 내부로 가압가스를 공급하는 가스공급관과 내부의 용탕을 외부로 배출하기 위한 용탕배출구가 형성된 펌프용기의 하부에 용탕의 부력과 용기 내부의 압력에 의해 개폐되는 자동흡입밸브를 설치하여 용해로내의 용탕이 부력에 의해 자동흡입밸브를 통해 펌프용기에 자동적으로 채워지도록 하는 한편 펌프용기에 채워진 용탕은 가스압력을 이용하여 배출하도록 구성되어 있다.
본 발명은 급탕중에 용탕보호막을 깨뜨리지 않으므로 용탕이 공기중에 노출되는 것을 방지하여 금속원료의 산화손실과 용탕의 과열을 방지할 수 있음은 물론 유해가스의 발생을 극소화하여 용해 및 급탕공정의 생산성을 개선시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
