    Abstract: The present invention relates to a bicycle brake and a bicycle including the same and, more specifically, to a bicycle brake automatically operating depending on the rotation speed of a wheel and a bicycle including the same. According to an aspect of the present invention, the bicycle brake includes a disk into which a rotary shaft of a wheel is inserted; a brake belt which surrounds the disk; and a blade which is mounted in the disk in order to move to the brake belt as the rotation speed of the wheel increases.
