Abstract: 치아 임플란트 고정장치가 제공된다. 이 장치는 어버트먼트와 픽스처를 포함한다. 어버트먼트는 치아 역할을 하는 보철물이 설치되는 상부와 단면적이 아래쪽으로 점차로 작아지는 하부를 구비하며, 픽스처는 어버트먼트가 삽입되기 위한 어버트먼트 삽입공을 구비하고 골친화성이 높은 금속 재료로 이루어진다. 픽스처는 주변의 치아 골조직과 접촉하는 외부 표면이 나사부를 구비하지 않으며 솔리드 형태인 경우와 비교하여 5% ~ 40%의 강성을 갖도록 형성된다. 이로써, 어버트먼트가 픽스처에 삽입되는 경우 픽스처가 팽창하여 주변의 치아 골조직에 균일한 응력을 인가하면서 테이퍼-록 방식으로 고정이 이루어진다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A dental implant fixing device is provided, which enables a user to settle a fixture in a taper - lock mode and is made of high osseoattractive materials. CONSTITUTION: A dental implant fixing device includes: an abutment(110) which has the upper part where a dental prosthesis is installed and the lower part of which cross section gets smaller downward; and a fixture(120) of which cross section gets smaller to cope with the lower part shape of the abutment and which has an abutment hole where the abutment is fitted and is made of high osseoattractive materials. The fixture's outer surface contacting adjacent alveolar bone does not include a screw part and the fixture has 5-40% rigidity in comparison with solid type.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A surgery surgical instrument is provided to perform minute operation by forming a first effector part and a second effector part inside a cable housing part and converting the cubic direction. CONSTITUTION: A cable housing part(110) comprises a through hole(111) and a first floating ball(112). The through hole has fixed length and performs free bending. The first floating ball is placed on the location which is apart from the through hole. Two or more first direction control members(120) are projected on both ends of the cable housing part respectively. A first effector part(150) is connected to one side of two or more first direction control members. The first effector part is one among a hook, a knife, and a pin.
