Abstract:
본 발명은 불안정 구조를 이용한 진동발생 모듈 및 이를 이용한 액추에이터에 관한 것으로서, 영구자석과 교번되는 전자기력을 발생하는 솔레노이드를 이용하여 국부 자기경로에 의한 자기력을 생성하고, 생성된 자기력에 따라 영구자석 또는 솔레노이드가 이동함으로써 관성 또는 충격에 의한 진동을 발생하는 불안정 구조를 이용한 발명에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 자기력을 발생하는 복수의 자기력발생수단(110); 및 인가되는 자극 변환신호에 따라 교번되는 전자기력을 발생하는 전자기력발생수단(120);을 포함하며, 자기력발생수단(110) 및 전자기력발생수단(120)의 자기력선에 따른 국부 자기경로(10)를 형성하는 불안정 구조로서, 자극 변환신호에 따라 일측 방향으로 자기력발생수단(110) 또는 전자기력발생수단(120)이 이동함으로써 진동을 발생하는 것을 특징으로 하는 불안정 구조를 이용한 진동발생 모듈이 개시된다.

본 발명은 소형 진동모터 장치의 에너지 자가발전장치 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로, 진동모터 장치에 의해 자기 반력으로 인한 진동을 발생시키는 동시에, 진동으로 전기에너지의 자가발전이 일어나 에너지를 재충전하는 소형 진동모터 장치의 에너지 자가발전장치 및 그 방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위한 본 발명의 소형 진동모터 장치의 에너지 자가발전장치 및 그 방법은, 소형 진동모터 장치에서 인가되는 전기를 운동에너지로 변환시켜 진동을 발생시키는 액츄에이터 수단; 을 포함하며, 상기 액츄에이터 수단에서 발생되는 운동에너지에 의해 형상변화를 일으켜 기전압을 재생하는 에너지 자가 발전수단; 및 상기 진동을 발생시키는 동시에, 상기 자가발전하는 동시에, 충전하는 에너지 충전수단; 을 이루는 구조이다.

PURPOSE: An apparatus for generating the energy independent power of a small-sized vibrating motor is provided to reduce energy consumption by generating and charging periodic electrical energy. CONSTITUTION: A small-sized vibrating motor comprises an actuator(100), an independent energy plant(200), and an energy charging element(300). The actuator generates a reaction force of magnetism by changing power applied from the outside to a magnetic field. The independent energy plant generates energy by using a piezoelectric layer(220) of a piezoelectric material. The independent energy plant comprises a second magnetic force generation part(210) installed to be magnetically contiguous to a first magnetic force generation part, the piezoelectric layer, and an elastic member(230) arranged between the first magnetic force generation part and the second magnetic force generation part. The energy charging element charges energy by regenerating vibration to the energy.

PURPOSE: A vibration generating unit, a mixed type actuator using an electromagnetic force generating unit, a vacuum haptic providing device, and a display device and a control method using the same are provided to install a double vibration generating source by an electromagnetic force generating unit and a vibration generating unit, thereby increasing a vibration force. CONSTITUTION: A vibration generating unit(10) generates vibration according to strength of applied power. A lower plate(20) is placed in a lower part of the vibration generating unit and has elasticity. An electromagnetic force generating unit(30) is placed between the vibration generating unit and the lower plate and vibrates the lower plate through a magnetic force generated by electromagnetic induction. A fixing unit(40) fixes one end of the vibration generating unit and one end of the lower plate. The vibration generating unit includes an elastic upper plate and a piezoelectric member.

PURPOSE: A wire ring spring integrally composed in a solenoid of a micro actuator is provided to prevent the short circuit of a wire connected to a solenoid by supporting the solenoid. CONSTITUTION: A wire ring spring(200) comprises a magnetic force generation part(110), a solenoid part(120), a supporting part(130), and first and second elastic members(131,132). The magnetic force generation part is attached to one side of the first elastic member. The solenoid part generates a magnetic reaction force by changing power applied from the outside to a magnetic field. The solenoid part comprises a soft magnetic material core(122) arranged between solenoid coils(121). The supporting part supports a separation state between the magnetic force generation part of the first elastic member and the solenoid part of the second elastic member. The wire ring spring has a structure of combining a spring having elasticity with a wire ring.

PURPOSE: An actuator using a buckling phenomenon and a mobile device including the same are provided to improve a vibration force by using an inertial force due to a fast movement of a mover. CONSTITUTION: A buckling type elastic member(300) applies an elastic restoring force. The moving speed of a mover(200) is increased by the elastic restoring force. The buckling type elastic member includes a ring-shaped body(310) and one or more elastic beams(320). One end of the elastic beam is combined with an inner surface of the body. The other end of the elastic beam is protruded to the center of the body.
