Abstract: 본발명은플렉시블 LED 조명용모듈및 평판디스플레이장치에관한것으로, 플렉시블한기판에다수개의고체발광소자인 LED(GaN LED계열;이하발광다이오드)를구현함에따라, 기존의유기발광소자(OLED)를사용한플렉시블평판디스플레이에비하여휘도가높고내구성이향상된평판디스플레이를구현할수 있다. 또한, 본발명에의하면, 다수개의발광다이오드를하나의플렉시블기판에형성함에따라보관성및 휴대성이향상되며, 상하부기판에형성한전기적패턴에의해터치구현에의한동작도가능하다. 게다가, 서로다른광원인 R/G/B 발광다이오드를사용하여백색광을구현하거나, 청색발광다이오드에형광물질을도포하여백색광을구현하여플렉서블한형태가구현가능한조명용모듈을구현할수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A flexible light emitting diode(LED) illuminating module and a flat display device is provided to control a touch-sensitive screen by patterning an electrode on a transparent flexible printed circuit board. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of LEDs(120) is formed on the upper side of a flexible printed circuit board. A connecting electrode(130) is stacked on the upper side of a light emitting diode. A transparent electrode(140) is formed on the upper side of a plurality of connecting electrodes to obtain electric patterns. A flexible film(150) is formed on the upper side of the transparent electrode and is in electrical connection with the transparent electrode.
