    Abstract: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of polyurethane is provided to provide polyurethane with excellent fatigue resistance and improved storage stability and mechanical properties. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of polyurethane comprises: a step of obtaining two or more prepolymers by reacting two or more NCO group-containing diisocyanate having different reactivity with polyol with a molar ratio of 3-6:1 in a respective separate polymerization bath to obtain two or more prepolymers; a step of mixing the two or more prepolymers in one polymerization bath and adding one equivalent or more of polyol, a chain extender, an antifoaming agent and foaming agent based on separated NCO group of in the prepolymer. Diisocyanate with slow reactivity is dipenyl methane-4,4-diisocyanate and the other diisocyanate with quick reactivity is naphthalene-1,5-diisocyante.

    Abstract: Expandable wheels according to an embodiment of the present invention comprise a central hole disposed in an inner wheel to allow a motor shaft to pass therethrough; an inner wheel body and an inner wheel cover, which fix parts of the inner wheel; a first tire; a first connecting body for restricting idling of the inner wheel; a first slider for maintaining a return and a location of the first connecting body; a recess for ensuring paths of the first connecting body and the first slider which are coupled to each other to operate therein; a central hole disposed in an outer wheel to allow the motor shaft to pass therethrough; an outer wheel body and an outer wheel cover, which fix parts of the outer wheel; a second tire including a plurality of tires; a link disk connection shaft connected to the motor shaft to transmit power; a link disk connection shaft cover for preventing displacement of the link disk connection shaft; a second link coupled to the link disk connection shaft to convert a rotary motion into a linear motion; two first links coupled to the second link to expand a wheel with received force; and expandable wings coupled to the first links, respectively and spreading when the wheel is expanded.
