Abstract: A folding-type carrier bag is disclosed. A folding-type carrier bag of the present invention comprises: a first storage unit comprising: a first and a second bottom board; fixing walls, first side boards, a first end board, a first zipper for corner, a zipper for connecting side boards; a second storage unit; a zipper member; and a moving mean. According to the present invention, the first and the second storage unit are selectively separated by a zipper member, and each bottom board and side walls are foldable and thereby, while not using the carrier bag but storing, providing an effect of significantly reducing volume of the bag and storing.
